B&A supports Nike as outsourced construction project managers on several major projects, including the complete remodel of Nike’s Seattle and Beverly Hills Niketown projects, and Nike’s new Field House store in the Mall of America in Minneapolis.

In December 2003, B&A completed Van’s first European Flagship store on Carnaby Street in London. Development started in July 2003 and the store opened December 1, 2003. We are able to deliver high quality results in extraordinarily tight time frames.

B&A started working with Columbia Sportswear in December 2006. In 2007 we managed the construction rollout of 8 factory stores. By the end of 2009, we had opened a total of 47 stores, 8 of which were in Europe.

B&A started working for Gap in 2004 and to date, we have completed more than 80 stores for all the Gap brands. Our project responsibilities have included new construction, remodels, down-sizing, and temp stores.

As part of RISE Group, B&A worked with Boudine Sourdough Bakery on their unique Fisherman’s Wharf project. We provided pre-construction services as well as developing and managing the architect and the general contractor selection process.
