Boyl & Ames (B&A) provides comprehensive construction project management services, specializing in the strategic management of retail flagship, in-line, and factory store rollout programs both nationally and internationally. We function as the Owner’s Representative, acting as the team leader. We are well experienced in retail branding, prototype development and rollout. Our goal is to strategically manage the successful development and execution of your project(s) or program, working to a specific budget(s) and schedule(s).

Our combined training and background include architecture, program/project management and construction. As principals of B&A, we have over 60 years of combined experience in developing and managing a wide range of project types. Together, we have successfully opened more than 300 retails stores for clients including Nike, Gap, Inc. (all brands), Columbia Sportswear, Cole-Haan, Lladro, Lucy Activewear, Vans, and Dr. Martens.
